Inci Kaya, owner and founder of Kaya Consulting Group, is a strategic advisor, market researcher, and competitive intelligence expert with 18 years of experience in financial services, healthcare, and technology. Throughout her career, she has worked with industry firms including TowerGroup (now Gartner), Kennedy Information (formerly Bloomberg BNA subsidiary) and Aite Group (now Datos Insights). She has also worked for Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology), a global technology services company.

Throughout her career, she has conducted primary research, market sizing and forecasting studies for global IT services, global payments, global banks and employer benefits clients. She has also spoken at client and industry events and delivered consulting projects.In addition to English, she speaks Turkish, French and Japanese. She is optimistic that her family will eventually get a kick out of foreign idioms like she does. ​​
